Getting started is simple, but the registration process differs depending on your location. Please follow the specific instructions for your destination to ensure seamless access.

If you are in the United States, your service is provided through Teladoc Health.

1. Go to the Teladoc Platform Visit www.teladochealth.com or download the Teladoc app to begin.
2. Start Your Registration Click "Register Now" and enter the information exactly as it appears on your insurance ID card:
   • First and last name
   • Complete date of birth
   • Email address & Gender
   • Destination Country
   • Zip code: You must enter 46208. (This specific zip code ensures the IMG plan option appears correctly).
   • Do not check the box indicating you received a code from an employer or insurance company. Click Next.
3. Confirm and Complete Your Account Your IMG plan will auto-populate on the screen; click Next to confirm. From there, create a username and password, provide your personal details, and set up your security questions to finish the registration.

If you are traveling internationally (outside of the United States), your service is provided through All360Health, which is powered by Teladoc. Please note: You can only register and access this service starting from the first day of your trip.

1. Visit the All360Health Website Navigate to https://www.all360health.com to access the portal.
2. Create Your Account
   • As a first-time user, select the "CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT" link.
   • When prompted for a Membership/Access Code, enter the IMG Insured ID reference number found in your IMG fulfillment package.
   • Note for UK Members: You will be asked to complete an additional online identity verification step.
3. Finalize and Activate Fill in your information and click the "REGISTER" button. You will receive a confirmation email from All360Health with an activation link. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
